Guides: Which MP5 trigger fits
The MR223 and MR556 are HK rifles rather than MP5 pattern guns, and they take their own forced reset unit. The MR3 is single-stage with a three-position selector and a curved trigger shoe, and it drops into the rifle without machining.
As with every part on this counter it is a semi-automatic component: one round for each separate pull of the trigger, with the carrier returning the trigger to reset as the rifle cycles. If you want a flat shoe instead, the MR3 FLAT is the same unit with a different face, and the MIL version carries the military profile.
